Terms of Service (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the EndStep EDH mobile application (the "Service") operated by Luca Mezzanotte ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property and Fan Content Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
EndStep EDH is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

The App uses data and imagery provided by Scryfall. We acknowledge that card data and associated imagery are copyright Wizards of the Coast or their respective artists and are used in accordance with Scryfall's guidelines and the Fan Content Policy.

All other original content of the App (design, source code, database logic, unique logos) is the exclusive property of Luca Mezzanotte.

2. User Accounts

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing).
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information during registration (e.g., a valid email address for account recovery).

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to save decks, create groups, and record game statistics ("User Content").

Ownership: You retain ownership of the decks and data you create.
License: By uploading content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., displaying your deck to members of your group or calculating aggregate statistics).

4. Premium Features and Purchases

Certain parts of the Service may be offered for a fee (e.g., "Pro Package" or "Premium Subscription").

If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms applicable through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
We reserve the right to change prices or introduce new charges at any time, upon reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Engage in data scraping or use automated bots.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users (e.g., via offensive group names).
Fraudulently manipulate game statistics (cheating) to alter global or group leaderboards.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". Luca Mezzanotte MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA (INCLUDING DECKS AND MATCH HISTORY), USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
